William Angliss Institute is recruiting two part time positions for Café Cook and Café Food Attendant / Barista to work between both retail food outlets known as Café Imparo and the Rubric Student Training Restaurant. Both outlets have a commercial focus where the main emphasis is on quality customer and food service.

Café Food Attendant / Barista
Key Selection Criteria:
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Prior experience in a similar environment and advanced coffee skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Ability to provide high quality customer service in a catering environment
- Knowledge of food health and safety procedures including storage and stock rotation
- Good numeracy skills to perform cash handling/cash up
- Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
Café Cook
Key Selection Criteria:
1.Experience with food preparation in a café kitchen environment
2.Certificate in Hospitality or Cookery or equivalent relevant experience
3.Food Handlers Certificate and knowledge of Food Safety Standards
4.Be able to work within a team environment and have good communication skills
5.Basic computer literacy skills (for example: Microsoft Word & Excel)
6.Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
7.Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values
